Shipping Areas
We currently ship display cases throughout the United States, including Alaska and Hawaii. International shipping may be available for select orders. Please contact us to discuss international shipping options and costs.
Processing Time
Standard display cases typically ship within 5-7 business days after order confirmation and payment processing. Custom-made display cases require additional production time, typically 2-4 weeks from order confirmation, depending on complexity and current workload. You will receive an estimated shipping date when you place your order.
Shipping Methods
We use reputable shipping carriers including UPS, FedEx, and USPS for domestic shipments. The shipping method selected depends on package size, weight, destination, and your preferences. We will provide tracking information once your order ships.
Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated based on package dimensions, weight, destination, and selected shipping method. Shipping costs will be provided during checkout before you complete your order. For custom orders, shipping costs may be calculated after production is complete and final dimensions are determined.

Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can use this tracking number to monitor your shipment on the carrier's website. If you have questions about your shipment, please contact us with your order number.
Packaging
We carefully package all display cases to ensure safe delivery. Items are wrapped in protective materials and placed in sturdy boxes. Glass components are particularly well-protected with bubble wrap and padding.
Delivery Issues
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us as soon as possible with photos of the damage and packaging. We will work with you to resolve the issue. If your order is lost in transit, contact us; we will investigate with the shipping carrier and work to resolve the issue.
Local Pickup
Local customers may arrange to pick up orders at our showroom at 7 Purcell Ct, Moonachie, NJ 07074. Please contact us in advance. Pickup hours are Monday through Friday, 9 AM to 5 PM.
