We want you to be satisfied with your display case. This policy explains how returns and refunds work.

Return Time Frame

Return requests must be initiated within 30 days of delivery. Items must be returned within 14 days of return authorization. Contact us via the contact page to start a return.

Return Conditions

Items must be returned in unused, original condition with original packaging, accessories, and documentation. Items must not show signs of wear, damage, or use. Custom-made or personalized items may not be eligible for return unless defective.

Return Shipping Costs

If the return is due to our error or a defective product, we will cover the return shipping costs. For returns initiated by the customer for reasons other than defects, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless otherwise stated at the time of purchase.

Return Process

To initiate a return, contact us through our contact page with your order details and reason for return. We will provide return instructions and, where applicable, a return authorization number or return label. You are responsible for packing the item securely and shipping it as directed. Refunds will be processed after we receive and inspect the returned item.

Non-Returnable Items

Custom-made or personalized display cases, items damaged by misuse or normal wear, items returned without original packaging, and items returned after the return period has expired are generally not eligible for return. Items that have been used, modified, or damaged by the customer may also be non-returnable.

General Legal Requirements

This return policy complies with applicable consumer protection laws, including but not limited to consumer protection regulations in the United States. Your statutory rights as a consumer are not affected by this policy. In some jurisdictions, you may have additional rights that cannot be excluded or limited, such as:

  • Right to cancel orders within a specified cooling-off period
  • Right to return defective goods
  • Right to receive a full refund for goods that do not conform to contract
  • Right to repair or replacement of defective items

If you are located in the European Union, you may have additional rights under EU consumer protection laws, including a 14-day right of withdrawal for distance contracts.

Order Cancellation Policy

You may cancel your order before it ships by contacting us. Once an order has been shipped, cancellation is not possible, but you may return the item in accordance with this return policy. Custom orders may have different cancellation terms that will be communicated at the time of order.

Refund Procedure

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 10-14 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item. Shipping costs may be non-refundable unless the return is due to our error or a defective product. We will notify you once the refund has been processed.
